I come from Africa

I come from Africaand don't ask me where

because my answer will only prompt youto ask me more questions

I come from Afric a where

We in Africa though hungry

live in joy,We are grateful for whatever we have and

grateful for whatever lies ahead

for optimism brings the joy

I come from Africa

and don't ask me my name

because it is difficult for you to pronounce

I will only ask youto nickname me...

Oh! and i mean a nickname with meaning added to it.

I come from Africa where

we who are out here are  proud to represent

No matter how we distance ourselves from  it

the hearts are always there

Coz that is what makes us who we are;

I live in Japan,Now you can ask me where I live

for you know the place andI believe you can't read the map

but if you do,you are welcome

For I come from Africa where

visitors are always welcome 24/7except that this time here

you have to let me know

when you are coming

coz i have to clean up my place

And that's the difference I come from Africa but don't ask me why

for that's for sure  where we all come from

"The cradle land of man" Don't ask me "But why Japan?"

Coz am still pondering on that one!
